With an Internet connection and a server, TeamViewer becomes an extension of your office wherever you go. This application is brilliant when it comes to connecting two computers between one another. It allows to use the PC as if you where in front, manage files over the net,... but TeamViewer isn't exactly designed to do so.

  This client is focused and integrates solutions to help distant technical support. With TeamViewer you will be able to create a video-conference with someone that is sitting down in front of another PC, while you control that PC or indicate to the person what he has to do, while you view the process in real-time, including a possibility to take notes on a virtual whiteboard.

  In short, TeamViewer allows to connect to any computer and take control in a very simple way, and without having to worry when it comes to configuring it all or managing the connection to routers, firewalls and net elements, something very common in VNC clients. Thus, it will be very easy to connect and help the user that is at the other end of the connection.
